Historic downtown Fernandina is just two miles down Atlantic Avenue, where you can stroll through past the great shops, restaurants and bars that give Fernandina its great charm.

Next door is the Elizabeth Point Lodge which is open to the public for breakfast and lunch. A few houses up the street is the The Sandbar & Kitchen, a Fernandina beachfront institution with great food, a full bar, live music, and a beach side patio. Salt Life Food Shack is a newer addition to the island, and is just shy of 2 blocks north of the cottage.
Downtown Fernandina Beach has a treasure trove of restaurants, from fine dining to pet friendly casual outdoor patios.
